  • A code running web service based on AWS: users can upload codes, run code on remote instances, view and download running results through web pages
  • The code and results files are stored in AWS S3 Bucket; after a certain period of time, the results of non-members will be archived into AWS Glacier
  • Accomplished tasks execution and email notification to users through SQS and SNS message queues

  • Built iOS apps with Swift, such as Github Issues Viewer, Tic Tac Toe, Favorite Map, Film Viewer, etc.
  • Implemented animations, intersect detections, data refresh and reload, user input detection and storage
  • Realized navigation among views and modal views, accomplished filter protocols among various views
  • Travel Journal is an app that users can view and post travel blogs with text and photos. The app displays posted blogs to users, as well as allows users to create their own blogs with text and photos.
  • My Kind of Town is an app that users can see several places of interest with pins on it, and can set some places as their favorites.
  • Colorful Tic Tac Toe is an app that users can play Tic Tac Toe.
  • Github Issus Viewer: an app that can view issues posted in an open-source GitHub Repo.

  • Created a web platform for users to share their travel experiences and photos, with a backend hosted on gcloud. (also has an iOS version)
  • Implemented a number of features, including registration and login via Google account or email, posting multiple photos, browsing and collecting other journals, and so on.
  • Built multiple Microservices to ensure each function's independence
  • Resized images and maintained database with Cloud Functions
  • Set up scheduled task to check website's status on a regular basis.

实时聊天平台 Belay Channel Website

  • Built a single-page web application that allows users to create and subscribe to channels, read real-time messages, post messages, and respond to messages.
  • For each channel, the website displays unread messages in real time for the user.
  • The application makes use of REST APIs as a server and Sqlite to store data.
  • The website is suitable for both wide and narrow screens. When viewing the main content on a larger screen, a side bar with a channel list is displayed; when viewing on a smaller screen, only one column is displayed.

彩色的星球飞船大战游戏 Colorful Asteroid Video Game

  • Utilized Java and animation thread to implement a colorful version of Asteroid
  • Added 10+ features to the game, including UFOs, Missiles, Titanium Asteroid, Shield, Floaters, and so on
  • Enabled asteroids to collide with each other and change their traveling path according to the laws of kinematics

基于物体检测的智能膝盖骨肉瘤检测 Intelligent MRI Osteosarcoma Diagnosis

  • Achieved a 95.23% accuracy and 86.61% mask dice coefficient (from 83.33% accuracy and 77.31% mask dice coefficient of Mask-RCNN), in tumors diagnosis from MR images with Python and TensorFlow
  • Made the model more suitable for clinical scenarios by creating a pseudo-bounding box design
  • Improved accuracy by enabling the model to highlight the edges of organs and tumors with a newly built edge detection head

GPU管理系统 GPU Management System

  • Led a team in developing a GPU management system for the 200+ teachers and students in the department
  • Implemented front-end using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that views account settings, displays GPU resources, allows users to upload GPU-scheduled tasks, and visualizes tasks outputs
  • Successfully delivered the project by leading the team through the requirement and feasibility discussions, weekly meetings

新冠疫情智能胸腔检测 COVID-19 Diagnosis

  • Diagnosed COVID-19 with image segmentation on chest CT images
  • Achieved 90.4% accuracy with supervised learning U-NET and semi-supervised learning COPLE-Net with with PyTorch
